The specific issues that are addressed in these applications depend on the type of food to be stored, the type of storage and regulatory aspects. We therefore distinguish temperature-controlled storage cells for the storage of fresh food at normal temperatures (0°C to 4°C) from maturing cells (up to 40°C). Accordingly, the parameters that are managed are, depending on the application and product, temperature, relative humidity, air quality and air changes.

Compliance is ensured through the installation of a supervisory system with data logging and alarm signalling. Il progetto consiste in una pannellatura isolante completa di porte, macchine esterne, evaporatori e linee del gas refrigerante.
